Buzznect ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Battle Boysmobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Display Name: A user-chosen name (3–20 characters) used as your in-game identity.
  • Profile Avatar: An image selected from preset avatars or uploaded from your device gallery.
  • Google Account Data (if you sign in with Google): Your Google email address and Google account identifier. We do not store your Google password.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Identifier: A unique device ID generated locally on your device for guest account identification and session management.
  • Device Type: Whether your device runs Android or iOS, used for push notification delivery.
  • FCM Token: A Firebase Cloud Messaging token used solely for delivering push notifications to your device.
  • Game Statistics: Your gameplay data including games played, wins, losses, and draws.
  • Coin Balance & History: Your in-app virtual currency balance and transaction history (earned via wins, bonuses, and rewards).
  • Install Referrer Data: If you installed the App through a referral link, we may collect referral attribution identifiers (app_id and referral_id) from the Google Play Install Referrer API.

1.3 Information Collected by Third Parties

The App integrates third-party services that may independently collect data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase Analytics — App usage analytics, session data, and crash reporting. Firebase Privacy
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — Push notification delivery.
  • Firebase In-App Messaging — In-app promotional messages.
  • Google AdMob — Serves banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open advertisements. May collect device identifiers and ad interaction data. Google Privacy Policy

  • Google Sign-In — Authentication service for optional Google account login.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Account Management: To create and maintain your user account, authenticate your identity, and enable profile customization.
  • Gameplay Services: To provide real-time multiplayer matchmaking, friend room functionality, bot play, leaderboards, and game statistics tracking.
  • Virtual Currency System: To manage your Coin balance, process reward claims, and maintain coin transaction history.
  • Push Notifications: To send game invitations, event alerts, updates, and optional promotional messages.
  • Advertising: To display relevant advertisements and measure ad performance. Rewarded ads allow you to voluntarily view ads in exchange for in-app Coin rewards.
  • Analytics & Improvement: To understand how the App is used, identify technical issues, and improve gameplay experience and features.
  • Referral Tracking: To attribute installs to referral campaigns.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Third-Party Ad Networks: Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads receive device identifiers and ad interaction data to serve and optimize advertisements.
  • Firebase/Google Services: For analytics, messaging, and crash reporting purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Buzznect, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data (display name, avatar, email, game stats, coin balance) is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Ad interaction logs are retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
  • Upon account deletion or logout, your locally stored data is cleared from your device. Server-side data may be retained for a reasonable period for backup and legal compliance purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS.
  • JWT-based authentication tokens with expiration policies.
  • Server-side input validation and rate limiting.
  • Secure database access controls.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's Privacy

  • The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
  • If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights & Choices

  • Profile Management:You can update your display name and avatar at any time through the App's Edit Profile screen.
  • Push Notifications:You can disable push notifications through your device's system settings.
  • Ad Tracking: On iOS, you will be prompted via the App Tracking Transparency framework. On Android, you can manage ad personalization in device settings.
  • Account Deletion: You may request account deletion by contacting us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
  • Data Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in India. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

9. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, the App will request your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change this preference at any time in your device's Privacy settings.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
