Welcome to Battle Boys("the App"), a mobile multiplayer gaming application developed and operated by Buzznect ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

3. Account Registration

  • You may access the App as a Guest (using a device-generated identifier) or by signing in with your Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-App Virtual Currency (Coins)

  • The App features a virtual currency system ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay victories, draws, mega bonus claims, and reward offers.
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for actual currency or any item of value outside the App.
  • We reserve the right to modify, limit, or reset Coin balances at our sole discretion, including in cases of fraudulent activity or abuse.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  2. Exploit, cheat, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  3. Use automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to interact with the App.
  4. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  5. Upload offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content as your display name or profile avatar.
  6. Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
  7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or personal data.

6. Games & Gameplay

  • The App offers multiplayer strategy games including Tic Tac Toe, Connect 3, Dots & Boxes, and Safe or Bomb.
  • Games can be played in three modes: Online Multiplayer (random matchmaking), Friend Mode (private room codes), and Bot Mode (single-player against AI).
  • We strive to provide fair matchmaking and gameplay. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and connection-dependent features may vary based on your device and network conditions.

7. Advertising

  • The App displays advertisements from third-party networks including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network (Facebook), and Unity Ads.
  • Ad formats include banners, interstitials, rewarded videos, native ads, and app-open ads.
  • Rewarded ads are optional and provide in-app Coin rewards when viewed voluntarily.
  • Third-party ad networks may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Please review their policies for details.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, game designs, animations, sounds, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Buzznect or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any App content without our prior written consent.

9. Push Notifications

The App may send push notifications related to game invitations, updates, events, and promotional content. You can manage notification preferences through your device's settings at any time.

10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
  • Any Coins or progress associated with your account may be permanently deleted upon termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buzznect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzznect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
